Refund policy

We do not offer returns. Our policy only allows product exchanges in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or in unacceptable condition.

If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be kept in the same condition you received it, including original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@koshercostarica.com. Exchange requests must be sent to the following address: Calle 86, Contiguo al estacionamiento del restaurante El Fogoncito, San José Rohrmoser, 10109, Costa Rica.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. If the damaged item is no longer available in stock, we will issue store credit for the value of the product.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an exchange or store credit if necessary. For any issues regarding damaged or incorrect items, you can contact us at info@koshercostarica.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including perishable goods such as refrigerated, frozen, or ready-to-eat foods, as well as fresh items (fruits, vegetables, bakery products, etc.). We also cannot exchange opened or partially consumed food items for sanitary and safety reasons. Please contact us at info@koshercostarica.com if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or issue store credit for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. If the same item is not available in stock, we will issue store credit for the value of the damaged product so you can select another item from our store. Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. The only available resolutions for damaged or defective items are product exchanges or store credit when a replacement is not available.
